6- week Introduction to Breathe Pilates
This is an Introduction to the Pilates Method.
You will learn about your body whilst maintaining the correct alignment. Pilates is good to promote relaxation, build strength + endurance, stretch, align and bring more awareness to your body.
Classes begin on the 20th + 22nd of February and finish at the end of March
45-minute classes with a max of 6 people per class
